Oct 7, 2025

The Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation’s Heart 360 Concert is back, set to inspire the city on Friday, November 14, 2025, and celebrate the beat of the heart and and evening of music dedicated to heart research and education. This annual concert brings together music lovers and supporters of life-changing cardiovascular innovation. We’re excited to shine a special spotlight on this year’s openers: Priscilla Block, Rocket Club, and Payton Smith.

Priscilla Block

A rising star in country music known for her authentic storytelling, honesty, and energetic personality. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, she moved to Nashville shortly after high school to chase her musical dreams. Despite early setbacks—Block persevered by honing her songwriting skills and performing anywhere she could, from bars to sidewalks outside Nashville’s major venues. Her breakthrough came during the COVID-19 pandemic when she began posting her own songs on TikTok, where her single “Just About Over You” went viral. The viral momentum led to a record deal with Mercury Nashville and chart-topping releases, all marked by Block’s commitment to themes of self-love, empowerment, and vulnerability.

Raised in Louisiana, Smith showcased musical talent early and moved to Nashville as a teenager to pursue music full time. He has made a name for himself not only as a vocalist but also for his impressive guitar skills, which have drawn comparisons to traditional country legends and modern chart-toppers alike. With singles like “Like I Knew You Would” and performances at major festivals, Smith represents the newest wave of country artists—rooted in tradition but unafraid to take creative risks.
