Sachiyo Ono, MD
International Scholar, Valve Science Center
Dr. Sachiyo Ono recently joined MHIF's Valve Science Center as an International Research Scholar under the mentorship of Drs. Vinnie Bapat and Miho Fukui. She received her medical degree from Kagawa Medical School and joins us from Kurashiki Central Hospital in Okayama, Japan.
Dr. Ono is an experienced echocardiographer and researcher with multiple publications and presentations with her most recent work focused on transcatheter mitral edge-to-edge repair and left atrial appendage occlusion.
