Is my contribution tax deductible?
Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your donation receipt as your official record. We'll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation. Our IRS Identification (EIN) number is #41-1426406.
Can I give anonymously?
Yes. Please check the "keep my gift anonymous" check box on the online giving form or let us know by including a note with your mailed donation. If you prefer a heightened anonymity, please reach out to the development team at 612-863-3833 or email donorrelations@mhif.org.
