My heart story began back during my working years. During that time I had such stress and so little time to take care of my healthy, I developed some really bad health habits.
Jean, now retired, spent her working years with a stressful job and less than ideal health habits. She had a wake up call due to a coronary calcium scan that came back showing a few risk factors for heart disease.
