We are announcing and celebrating two physicians who received prominent awards created to recognize leadership and service. Both MHIF awards were established to honor the legacy of two incredible leaders and individuals.

We are proud to showcase the remarkable achievements from the past year thanks to our research team at the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation® (MHIF) in partnership with our research physicians at Allina Heath Minneapolis Heart Institute® (AHMHI).

These accomplishments include the publication of 264 manuscripts, presentation of 94 abstracts at national and international conferences, and delivery of 245 podium presentations and invited talks

The Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation team is honored to celebrate the culmination of years of research that has resulted in new technologies for patients! In the last week, we announced a similar research milestone with the FDA approval of the TriClip system for tricuspid regurgitation. We celebrated this important milestone with local media KSTP-TV, who spotlighted the importance of this new technology.

The American College of Cardiology Annual Scientific Session (ACC.24) is held in Atlanta, April 6 – 8, 2024. This international gathering is focused on everything in cardiovascular care, including the latest in science and innovation, and practice-changing updates in care. MHIF is well represented in 43 sessions at ACC.24.
