Ann Houser
Ann Houser is CEO, Partner and Board Director at The Bailey Group. She has over three decades of experience in leadership development and is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. Her coaching focuses on leadership development, board relationships, succession planning, talent development, and self-care practices rooted in personal values and mindfulness.
In addition to serving on the Board of The Bailey Group, she’s a Founding Board Member of Coaching for Justice, a former Minnesota Private College Council Executive Committee Member, and former President of the International Coaching Federation of Minnesota (ICF). Ann has an outstanding educational background, including a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Olaf College, a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and coaching certifications and training from ICF and the Coaches Training Institute.
