Takahiro Nishihara, MD, PhD

Cardiovascular Imaging Research Center International Scholar

Dr. Takahiro Nishihara joined the MHIF Cardiovascular Imaging Research Center as a Research Scholar. Takahiro joins MHIF from Okayama University Hospital, Okayama, Japan, where he completed his medical training and has served as medical staff and a research fellow.

Dr. Nishihara brings a very unique set of expert skills. He is an interventional cardiologist with extensive training and expertise in cardiac CT, MRI and echocardiography, and is an accomplished researcher in the fields of structural heart disease and cardiomyopathy.
