- To request a professional education event, please submit the online or paper form. This includes conferences, summits, KOLs, etc.
- Requests can be submitted between August 1 – September 1 for events during the next calendar year and beyond,
- Requests will be reviewed by MHIF Board Education Committee and MHIF/MHI Education Teams at the September MHIF Board Education Committee meeting.
- Approved requests will be included in the annual process for budgeting and staff allocation.
- Requests received outside annual review cycle will be reviewed and supported as financial and human resources allow.
